Have skis, will travel.Couple of weeks ago it was northeast United States, now its eastern Europe. I have from Friday evening to Sunday evening and a car. Where could I go?
On the right there is one possible route, stopping (again) in Czech Republic, somewhere in Poland, and in the Tatra mountains in Slovakia.
However, the drive would be very, very long and there'd be only an hour or two to ski in these places. Maybe its time to choose a more relaxed route.I do want to cover at least one new country, though. Poland is close, right? Is there snow in early April? Are the ski areas open? Or would it be better to travel to Slovakia and ski only there?
